Hello! I'm Jessie. I'm a movement specialist and educator of natural movement for both adults and children aged 11+. My goal is to help you understand any movement issues or conditions you may present with either in your sport or in your daily life and teach you how to regain control and comfort of your body.
I have over 25 years experience of bodywork. Am a Body Control Pilates ® teacher trainer, a Franklin Method ® level 2 Educator and a personal trainer and I teach individuals, tutor pilates teachers for the Body Control Pilates Academy, train physiotherapists and lead workshops for many sports clubs, groups and schools in many aspects of movement across London and Hertfordshire.
