Welcome to our elopement website! Henrik and I weren't going to let COVID deprive our loved ones from being able to share our special day with us. The day started the same as many others: the buzz of an alarm. Immediately Jessica was catapulted into planning and preparing the day's events. Those who know her certainly won't be surprised by that. However, this wasn't just any day...
The first task: constructing and decorating our cake. Making our own cake was important to us for two reasons: 1. Cake-craftsman are pricey! ...and 2. Cooking together is one of our most meaningful quality-time activities.
