Jerry Daskoski , a long-time resident of Kansas, has served in a number of capacities over his career which has spanned four decades. However, he has been relentless in his pursuit to make the world a better place for others at all junctures in his professional life. Most recently, Jerry Daskoski has been working as an Employment Specialist for Minds Matter, and as a Crisis Recovery Specialist with the Crisis Recovery Residential Psychiatric Center at Johnson County Mental Health.
As a Crisis Recovery Specialist, Jerry works to secure and provide a safe and comfortable setting for the patients, who suffer from persistent and severe mental health issues. His ultimate goal in this capacity is to help the residents regain a sense of control, on an individual level, and to seamlessly re-integrate themselves into their local community.
Minds Matter LLC, a sister company of Community Works, is contracted by three Managed Care Organizations to provide the following therapies to individuals with a TBI: Cognitive Therapy, Behavior Therapy, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech and Language Therapy.
