We offer ONLINE BILL PAY AND PAPERLESS BILLING! Visit www.xpressbillpay.com to sign up. You will need your full account number. In addition, payments can be dropped off at the drive-up drop box located in the City Hall parking lot or called in over the phone using a credit/debit card for no additional fee. If none of those options appeal to you, we are always happy to take your payment in person too!
City Hall normal hours of operation are 8:30 AM until 5 PM Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. City Hall is closed for lunch from 1:00 PM until 1:30 PM.
