Jack’s Helping Hand was created to carry on the memory of one small boy, Jack Ready, who won the hearts of our community during his three-year struggle with a rare form of brain cancer. The Assistance program is the heart of Jack’s Helping Hand and helps with medical treatments, equipment, services, transportation, and lodging when no other sources cover these needs.
