Junior Achievement Eswatini is an international NGO that was established in the country in 2009. The organization has grown rapidly since 2009 and it now consists of 4 main programs namely; Financial Literacy, JA Company (JACO), Job Shadow (JS) and Out of School Youth (OOSY). Over the years, JA Eswatini (JAS) has positioned itself as a trendsetter in investing and encouraging young people to own their economic future through financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and work readiness.
Belief: We believe that young people are a priority and we target and develop their potential to positively influence the economic status of the Kingdom of Eswatini. Respect: We show equal and fair treatment to all internal and external stakeholders in adherence to the National Policies and Constitution.
Integrity: We are a reliable partner and we also protect the entrepreneurial ideas for young people. Commitment: We commit to poverty alleviation through producing successful young people in business.
