Java Web Developer / Second Level Support - ALSO International Services GmbH (10/2020 - Present) Part of the eCommerce development team at ALSO. Responsible for our second and third level support, including improvements to our support processes. My tasks range from resolving simple, every-day support issues to implementing and improving automations and rule-sets in our JIRA service desk. Also involved into the development of our core product, the Java-powered B2B online shop system.
