He started playing in local clubs in 1970 and over the years he's played many different styles of music, Oldies, Classic Rock, Heavy Metal, Blues and Country. Some of the bands he's worked with have been Eighth and Plumb, The Crystalires, The Dixie Drifters, The Heat Waves, The New South, The Bush River Band, Turners Outlaw Band, Quick Change, Detour, The Country Breeze, Backroads , Appaloosa, Steel Force and Over The Edge.
