Jaap Eilander, winner of the Petrof Piano Competition, graduated in 2009 at ArtEZ Enschede, the High School of Music, where he was a student of Mikhail Markov and Fred Oldenburg. For this he took piano lessons with Herman Riphagen and later with Geoffrey Madge at the Royal Conservatoire in The Hague. He also follows masterclasses with Ralph van Raat, Marietta Petkova and Willem Brons.
