The Jamaica American Association of Central Florida (JAAOCF) is a 501 C (3) non-profit, non-political organization in Orlando, established in 1986 primarily to provide a support group for Jamaicans residing in Central Florida. We are committed to educate and inspire by helping those preserve, enhance and promote our cultural heritage by focusing on education, our youth, community service and emergency assistance both locally and internationally, and so much more.
JAAOCF, Annual Independence Scholarship & Gala is held each year in August by coming together with our community to celebrate and honor individuals who are making a difference as community leaders and recognizing our young people in their pursuits of higher education.
