装个 PHP 7.0.5 跑网站，登录后台的时候，却提示：setcookie() expects parameter 3 to be integer
搜索了，在 setcookie($name, $value, $expire, $path, $domain, $secure, $httponly) 的把 $expire (int) 了下，就没报错了。
具体原因不知，环境是 win2008x64，IIS。>_>
