When automating tasks in Azure, you'll often need a service principal. Setting these up using the UI feels like driving my car to the mailbox. Let's automate this.
Just running these two commands is easy enough, but that's not all that useful from an automation perspective where we want to automate multiple operations that rely on the creation or existence of a service principal. To that end, we'll make a function that can accept a desired service principal name, check to see if it exists & create it if not.
