The self aware state isn't different from what you're doing right now, you're just ignoring something that's going on. You're ignoring it because it's constant. It is the constant ground state of your awareness. There is never any non-doing it to compare the doing it to. There is never any time it is anything different than what it is, so there is no differentiating it. It is all one.
