Chef Paola is not just an amazing Chef, she is an artist in preparing magnificent meals! Chef Paola along with her responsive and professional staff prepared a masterful meal presentation for a dining event at our home. Chef Paola brings her special ingredients and arrived on-time and gets right to work. She was so resourceful in determining what she needed and never required anything of us so we could focus on our guests. She introduced each segment of the meal and elaborated on the creation of each dish.
"I recently hosted 20 Golfer's in the Orlando area. Given some COVID-19 concerns relating to such large group, I reached out to Chef Paola to inquire as to having a dinner catered at the residence we rented. Chef Paola was extremely helpful in helping me to set the menu as well as the logistics of accommodating dinner for 20 hungry golfer's. Chef Paola and her assistant brought their own cooking utensils, pots and pans, made a homemade delicious Italian dinner and left the kitchen and the dining area spotle
