This past weekend we had the joy and privilege of remembering and celebrating the life, death, (and most importantly) the resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! As usual, I pondered and remembered His sacrifice on Good Friday, reflected on his death on Saturday, and awoke with an expectant heart on Easter Sunday. Good Friday. I’ve always struggled with the name for this day. To me, this day represents both a very bad day (Jesus’ torturous beating and crucifixion) and a very good day (My sins were washed away).
