Sam K. Rosales joined BNU as an associate in 2016 and was promoted to senior associate in 2018. Since joining BNU, Sam has been involved in all facets of IP practice, including litigation. Recently, her work on Kolin Electronics Co., Inc. vs. Kolin Philippines International, Inc. , upon which the Supreme Court En Banc rendered a landmark decision on trademark law, has earned accolade from her colleagues and the firm's clients.
Atty. Rosales obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from De La Salle University in 2006 and Juris Doctor from the University of the Philippines College of Law in 2011.
