I am an industrial-organisational psychologist and a Senior Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in the Department of Management and Marketing at Swinburne Business School .
My broad area of research is employee learning and innovative behaviour. I research how employee, team, and organisational factors influence participation in these behaviours. I also have a strong interest and expertise in statistics, analytics and machine learning.
I am available for consulting in the areas of HR / people / talent analytics, research services, assessment of employees, teams and organisations, and coaching for interpersonal effectiveness and leadership development.
