Every single employee at Validity contributes their time to local non-profit organizations on a yearly basis. Many of the charitable events that our employees participate in are put on by our local non-profit clients. For us, volunteering is not just a way to give back to our community, it’s a way to say thanks to our nonprofit clients and let’s be honest, it’s nice to get out of the office every once in a while. Validity’s team spent more than 281 hours volunteering in 2019.
We love it when our team members choose to take part in local charities and fundraisers. We encourage each other to participate and we always make sure to pitch in a little each time one of our employees decides to raise funds for a cause - especially if it means we don’t have to run a 5k. Validity supports over 30 organizations through contributions and fund raising.
