We’ll address body-mind-spirit connections through conversation, non-invasive bodywork, and/or spiritual healing work. You will become empowered to help yourself through movement sequences or creative meditations you can use at home. According to your needs and interests, I use: • The Feldenkrais Method ® of Somatic Movement Education • Embodiment work and experiential anatomy • Energy work, intuitive readings, Past Life Healing, and meditations
