Pacesetter Events are running a brilliant Burghley Multisports weekend on 10 -12th May 2024. We are proud to be working with Pacesetter Events to deliver two Tri planning workshops in early January to support this event, altough it's not exclusive and would be great for any early season shorter distance triathlon, or later season longer distance triathlon Check out our Activity Tab , Triathlon Coaching option to learn more and book but hurry - only 15 places on each option!
You can now book Treadmill Run/Walk, Pool Video Technique, Sports Conditioning and Kettlebells with Mary starting back on 2nd January 2024. Both studio and Pool are closed for Christmas from Saturday 23rd December to Monday 1st January inclusive. All current Fitness & Sports options are on EOLA.
