Alchemy is the ancient philosophical science of transforming matter into another form. Ancient alchemists believed that it was possible to turn lead into gold, as they saw all elements to be sourced from the same essence- only appearing differently due to their level of purity.
Inner Alchemy is the art of transforming one’s own mental and emotional elements- negative thoughts, limiting beliefs, painful emotions into the gold of freedom, wisdom, and peace. To be an Inner Alchemist is to become empowered with the knowledge, awareness, and skills to consciously create your own inner landscape and learn not only to cope with pain and difficult emotions- but to actually be able to process them in such a way that your experience of them enriches your life.
