Imagination Library of Louisville was founded in 2016 through a partnership between the Junior League of Louisville, WAVE 3 News, and the Jefferson County Public Education Foundation.

Our co-founder, Bill Shory, had experienced the magic of Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library through his daughter’s participation in the program while they were living in Tennessee.
