Planman Consulting has the rights to impart a programme that has been developed by the faculty members of IIPM. IIPM however certifies this programme that Planman imparts. Planman therefore currently holds all the rights to use the IIPM trademark and name for its various initiatives. IIPM has not granted these rights to any other organisation / institutions.
The Hon'ble High court of Delhi observed that IIPM had published certain admission notifications on its website, in spite of the consent order that it wouldn't do so.
