If you’re a member of IDPro, you already know part of this story, at least the professional version. Today marks the last day of my 3rd term as a member of the Board of Directors with IDPro. 5 years!
Per the bylaws of this terrific organization, a board member is limited to no more than 3 consecutive terms. It is a good rule, one that ensures that the leadership of this org does not become stale. Honestly, even if the rule wasn’t in place, this likely would have ended my time on the board regardless.
