Ian's Great Adventure
Ian's sponsored cycle from Lands End to John O'Groats, raising funds for Guide Dogs.
I have suffered from bad eyesight since I was a child losing my left eye to cancer and damaging the right. Recently I underwent surgery, at some risk, to improve my remaining sight which was a great success leaving me with roughly one third less vision than a person with healthy eyes (about the third line on a standard eye chart). I cannot tell you how this has significantly changed my life and I have taken up cycling again for the first time in 15 years.
