Scott Hudgens, a World War II veteran who lived and worked in Gwinnett County, Georgia, supported many local charities during his lifetime. It was his wish that this support continue after his death through a foundation that would focus it’s efforts primarily on the continuing and evolving needs of the Gwinnett County community, and secondarily on the metropolitan Atlanta community and the state of Georgia.
