Welcome to the Huntington Palisades Property Owners’ Association (“HPPOC”) website. We hope you will find it to be a useful and informative resource for the Huntington Palisades and the HPPOC. We are all privileged to live in this very special neighborhood. It has thrived and survived over the years in no small part due to the cooperation and goodwill of our fellow residents and we look forward to your participation in our neighborhood.
Huntington Palisades Board of Directors
The HPPOC is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by the membership. The Board’s responsibilities are set forth in the HPPOC By-Laws and primarily involve the enforcement of the HPPOC’s architectural rules and the administration of the common areas, including the Huntington Park on Corona del Mar.
