HPGL file or HP Graphics Language plotter file is instruction file for printer that is based on the plotter language that is developed by Hewlett-Packard.
HPLG file is a printer instruction file based on the plotter language developed by Hewlett-Packard. This type of files (*.phgl file extension) contains and are used to send information to plotter printers, which draw images using lines instead dots that are used on laser or inkjet printers.
