Would you like the skills to help you NOT make the same mistakes again? Want a safe place to talk about all the things you need to do, restrictions, fines to pay to get your probation items completed!
Anger Management : Find your freedom, don’t be controlled by angry thoughts and actions! Avoid angry outbursts! Learn to control thought and actions. Learn diffusion, calming techniques and how to use anger in healthy ways. Learn how to use non-violent communication, manage your stress/anger triggers and how to avoid physical and verbal violence forever! Make positive choices! Access that calm peaceful person you were born to be! Classes for adults and children 11-17 years old (includes bullying issues). C
