While all practitioners vary in the structure of how they work with clients, my focus is on titration; small doses of positive experiences to support the nervous system, brain, and body to rewire towards pleasure. This practice allows for our nervous systems to settle together, creating space for ease in relationship as we venture down a path of dropping into your erotic body.
My practice is based around Betty Martin’s Wheel of Consent as a format for understanding touch agreements. Additionally, I use some exercises and techniques from Surrogate Partner Therapy training.
