A self taught artist, I began painting when I moved to Pinehurst just over 20 years ago. As my skills developed and I began to see the world through an artist's eye, the beauty of nature became my inspiration and muse. Clients are often surprised by the wide range of my subjects and painting styles which vary from very detailed and realistic animals and wildlife, to lose and color filled impressionistic paintings of my travels. Working in oils and more recently in watercolors too, the beauty of a simple b
