As a CM Agent we would contract a General Contractor who then would hire Prime Sub Contractors and Sub Prime Contractors to complete different phases of the project such as Architectural, Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical specialties. Also we would provide NCR’s(Non Conformance Report) to hold the contractors accountable to the codes and standards the Engineering Firm has set forth for each discipline.
