The Hong Kong Institution of Physicists in Medicine (HKIPM) is formed with the responsibility to promote the advancement of medical physics practice for the purpose of providing the highest quality medical services in patient care.
We encourage the study and advancement of physics practice in medicine in Hong Kong, develop and maintain the good practice of physics in medicine by ensuring the highest professional standards of competence and ethical integrity, promote scientific and professional exchange, and harmonize the partnership between medical physicists and medical and allied health professionals in the provision and continuing improvement of patient care.
