I have been a high school science teacher and school leader for the past ten years. I have been tremendously well supported by my building and district leadership; this support has allowed me to tackle a diverse set of exciting projects in addition to teaching innovative courses.
Throughout these experiences, I have grown my technical skills in graphic design, videography, and web design. To create learning content, I now reach for an Adobe Creative Cloud app as routinely as most teachers do for PowerPoint.
In my leadership roles, I have lead diverse teams to create substantial change in my school . My teams have always been action-oriented and focused on iterating to an ideal solution through design thinking. Through clear communication and effective project management, my team members are constantly working on the right problem at the correct time with the resources they need.
