A year ago we purchased a Rapido 640 from Highbridge Caravans. During the last year we have had issues with repairs, some large, some small. Now that our one year warranty period is over would like to thank Highbridge for the excellent aftersales service given by members of staff. In particular Chris Francois who always followed up my requests punctually with emails giving advice and phone calls to ensure all was being sorted. Similarly Leighton Grant was very helpful ensuring repairs and payments were made
