There is a meeting Wednesday, April 12 th at 6:30 p.m. at the Clubhouse to discuss the beautification projects in Sections 1 and 2. The project is to help bring those common areas up to the standards of Sections 3-10. PLEASE BE ADVISED: Feedback is requested from ALL homeowners from ALL SECTIONS, as the funding for this project will be provided by MUD 45. All homeowners have the right to provide feedback on the use of these funds.
The proposed designs are available on our Facebook page. Raven Springs area is not included at this time but will be revisited at a separate meeting TBD.
