We have our fab PILATES HUB which is a fantastic members only area of the website payable by subscription. You have access to an extensive collection of over 90 pilates classes for beginners, foundations of core strength and balance, a complete postnatal heal and restore programme, and also ‘Pilates for all’, classes for all levels up to advanced including plyometric, dynamic strength, upper body, lower body and core focus classes.
