The focus of this project is to help unite our communities through a web based platform which is designed to encourage and empower people to help each other, whist celebrating those who already support their communities but go unrecognised. From homelessness, loneliness, emotional well-being to ecological responsibility we will to have new ways to help deliver online and physical solutions. Our goal is to provide an interactive forum for like-minded people to come together for the good of humanity regardles
