At Hedwyn, we catalyse situational awareness and create clarity for people who own and run businesses in order to help them make strategic decisions and take action with confidence.
Our core offering is a Discovery Framing Lab that rapidly makes sense of changing situations and enables our clients to get off the back foot and act more deliberately, less reactively. This is often followed by scenario planning and more detailed roadmaps.
I work with people who are mired in complex situations, helping them act with clarity. With a background in accountancy and computing science, I work on both 'sides' of the strategy fence. I enable people in business to make better decisions about IT and people in IT to more effectively support business.
