HAUCDC has administered an acquisition and rehabilitation of single family homes program over the past 13 years acquiring abandoned, neglected and foreclosed properties in the Houston Area. All were sold to households below the poverty level and sixty-five (65) percent of the buyers we have sold homes to below 80% area median income (AMI).
HAUCDC is the Non-Profit participant in a Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) in the Altura Height Rental Project located at 4911 W. Airport Blvd, Houston, TX 77085 and is looking for more opportunities. All LIHTC Multifamily Rental projects would serve households predominantly below 60% AMI.
