In 2014 I founded POPS. Over a 5-year period we worked with UK nationwide grocers, exported to 8 countries as well as activated global licensing and partnership deals with drinks brands such as Pimm's, Gordon's, Ciroc, Fever Tree, Soho House Group & Chase Distillery plus many more. The business now operates under the ownership of G Bruce & Co Limited.
In Spring 2020 I founded HC Consulting, an independent consulting business that works directly with early stage food & drink founders. I help brands identify the role that they should play in their category that unlocks measurable and sustainable growth.
I only work with independent businesses that are operated by founders. The typical business size ranges from pre-launch up to £20M annual turnover.
