Happy in my Home , Community Support Services of Niagara is a volunteer based, client-driven community support service to help seniors and adults with disabilities live independently in their own homes. CSSN staff feel that their daily work is meaningful, impacts those in the community and allows our clients to live their lives to the fullest.
As part of our commitment to create a seamless, integrated healthcare system for Niagara, we are proud to partner with more than 40 other healthcare, the community support sector social services across Niagara to submit the full application to the Ministry of Health in our next steps in becoming an Ontario Health Team.
