Hanifa inspires and guides organizational communities to safely bring the “inner work” into work through facilitated practices of mindfulness, story sharing, culture building, and power-sharing. These practices have the power to increase creativity, collaboration, right relation, and emotional intelligence amongst the organizational community.
Hanifa designs and facilitates customized sessions to restore and expand your organizational community’s ability to; recognize and identify harm from systems of oppression on the body-mind-spirit levels; transmute stress; and heal trauma. All sessions are trauma informed and rooted in values of resilience, nourishing care, anti-oppression, and honors all sexual orientations, gender identities, body sizes, and body abilities.
Hanifa is answering her calling as an artist and a soul teacher by offering her songs alongside her masterful, heart-centered facilitation of authentic relating exercises and guided meditations. Learn more.
