Hands Across the Border is open to all Scouts, Boy Scouts, Trail Life USA, Girl Scouts, Campfire, American Girls, Girl Guides, leaders, traders, volunteers, Peace Arch alums, and their families. REGISTRATION FEE: $15.50 PER PERSON (U.S. FUNDS) Your registration fee includes an official Hands Across the Border (HATB) program, crest/patch and flags, and other goodies.
