We produce the highest-quality gelato using traditional Italian techniques. We always source the best possible ingredients, and we\u2019ve worked hard to perfect the consistency and sweetness of our products to suit British palates. As a result, we produce beautifully creamy gelato which allows the flavors to shine through, instead of being overwhelmed by sugar (like many inferior products we could name!).

We are chefs who grew up in Italy. The master gelatieri of Sicily taught us the importance of real ingredients and traditional slow churning techniques. But it was the London food scene that fine-tuned our flavours.
