HABNET (Haitian-American Business Network) was established as a division of HAAPA in 2004. In 2008 HABNET became a Chamber of Commerce and in 2009 became a separate entity from HAAPA, currently known as HAAPA-PAC. We are dedicated to promoting higher business standards and better business methods, supporting and promoting entrepreneurship, as well as fostering trade and commerce within and between the Haitian Diaspora communities and the global community.
