Mr. Sam has 30 years of combined experience in fitness instruction in area daycares, schools, and sports facilities. He holds a B.S. in Physical Education from Winthrop University. While in college, he also played soccer and baseball, along with participating in competive weight training.
Our program is truly one-of-a-kind. Designed and perfected by Owner/instructor Mr. Sam, Gymtastics is a unique mix of sports, fitness, and gymnastics designed to enhance the overall development of each child.
No other moblie fitness program develops more skills or uses more innovative equipment. From tunnels to parachutes; mats and beams; hoops and ropes; and countless types of balls. We utilize a variety of equipment, keeping children engaged and having fun week after week.
