This will be the first time in two years that all fitness facilities will be open across Canada! For this year’s event, the Canadian fitness industry is bringing Canadians together (at a safe distance!) outdoor community workouts. Fitness Facilities and trainers from coast-to-coast will be offering FREE community workouts! (FREE online workouts are also available!)
During these challenging times, we can help prevent various mental and physical issues with exercise.
