We are independent Gunns investors who wanted to raise these serious issues at the 2007 AGM, but were prevented from doing so by John Gay, who cut the meeting short. We believe that all shareholders deserve complete information available to them to help them understand their position, and to this end we present our severe concerns with Gunns mill proposal here.
