GSA Solutions, s. r. o., member of Globair Group, was established in April 2009 as the Service provider of Etihad Airways. The office, situated in Bratislava, Slovakia, represents Etihad in 14 countries in Central and Eastern Europe (Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Macedonia/FYROM, Montenegro, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Serbia).
In our 2-year existence, GSA Solutions managed to increase the sales and brand awareness of Etihad Airways as well as to build up an excellent relationship with number of travel agencies, tour operators and ticketing agents of respective countries. As dedicated representative of Etihad Airways our main focus is on providing sales and marketing activities, agent support and customer service on behalf of this airline.
Our team consists of two Sales Managers and one Reservation and Ticketing Agent.
